Eversley Leisure Centre

LPL Construction spearheaded the creation of a cutting-edge leisure facility, featuring a four-lane, 25-meter swimming pool, a fully equipped changing area as well as a 50-space car park, not to mention the installation of critical drainage systems and utility services.

Delivered with precision, the project achieved zero accidents and was completed on schedule with no outstanding issues. The client was extremely satisfied, and all key objectives were met. LPL also worked closely with the main and M&E contractors to divert existing services from the new building site, ensuring the existing facility remained fully operational throughout construction.

Notably, the new leisure centre, which holds an EPC A rating, stands out for its impressive sustainability credentials. It is one of only a few in the UK to achieve this distinction. Additionally, the project successfully saved 410 tonnes of carbon, equivalent to heating 151 homes in the UK for a year.
