This project involved a complete demolition of the existing toilet block, followed by the construction of a high-spec, modern, and aesthetically pleasing unisex toilet block. The client required a comprehensive overhaul, including re-routing waste pipes and installing a new water supply. Inside, the team fitted new toilets, cubicles, sinks, and a disabled toilet that meets government specifications. Additionally, new doors, flooring, and Whiterock wall panels were installed.
Beyond the toilet block, the project also included a new office area with added storage cupboards. The work carried out was transformative for both the client and the businesses within the building.
