LPL was contracted by the client to clear the existing site and lay foundations on the cleared land.

The project was divided into two phases:

Phase one involved clearing an existing car park and laying the foundations and ground floor slab for a new school building, including a car park, roadway, external works, drainage, and services. During this phase, LPL removed 1,151m³ of reinforced concrete and over 7,000m² of tarmac, all of which were recycled to meet sustainability goals.

Phase two focused on laying the foundations for the new school building, car park, and roadway, along with additional external works, drainage, and services. To accelerate the schedule, LPL completed the ground floor slab in a single pour, covering an area of over 1,250m² and involving more than 350m³ of concrete poured in just one day.
