Based on last year's data, Scope 3 emissions are the primary contributor to our carbon footprint. To minimise this impact, we commit to strategic measures, including increased use of recycled aggregates, recycling waste, substituting eco-friendly materials, and optimising electricity consumption. Our focus is on reducing Scope 3 emissions through supplier engagement. We'll measure, monitor, and report our Co2e output, emphasising year-on-year reduction and sustainable practices like waste segregation at the source. This approach targets a considerable decrease in waste to landfill, demonstrating our commitment to environmentally responsible practices.
Our carbon management journey has not only allowed us to reduce our environmental impact but has also positioned LPL Construction Services as a sustainability leader in the Aviation and Civils construction industry. We understand that our journey doesn’t end here; the future holds exciting opportunities for further innovation and collaboration.
