We deliver projects of varying sizes, from reactive facilities maintenance, to the delivery of multidisciplinary works. Large contruction projects, civils works and airport schemes have been the backbone of our development in recent years. Some of our projects are detailed in case studies below.

Zone C Seating

Client: MANCHESTER AIRPORT GROUP.
Work Undertaken: Remove, dispose
and repositioning of existing seating in the International Departures Lounge and all necessary making good.
Project Value: 10 week programme.LPL successfully installed 1000 seats, of which, 400 were powered, within the compressed time frame of 8pm-4am.

Winter Maintenance

Client: MANCHESTER AIRPORT GROUP.
Work Undertaken: Heavy airside machinery driving, taxiways & cul-de-sac clearance, blue badge support. Provide lorries & loading plant should stock piled snow need to be removed.
Project Value: 24 hour call out, 7 days a week for snow clearance during the winter season at Stansted Airport.

Beaulieu Park School

Client: Kier Eastern.
Work Undertaken: Completed the following activities for nursery, primary school, secondary school and sports centre: Foundations, ground floor slabs, structural toppings, foul and surface water, trenching, ducting, kerbs and paving.
Project Value: 17 month programme. In excess of 25,000 tonnes of MOT Type1 used.

Sanger Institute Hinxton Research Park

Client: Kier Eastern.
Work Undertaken: Basement car park, foundations, piled faceted concrete, pre cast concrete planks, steel frame and precast concrete deck.
Project Value: 14 month programme. 1,200m3 of concrete used. 350 tonnes of reinforcement used. Cooperated to ensure all 45,000m3 of excavated material remained on site.
